The Comet SVC 40KVA 3 Phases stabilizer is built for large commercial and industrial loads — factories, workshops, medical facilities, and large commercial buildings running heavy three-phase equipment that cannot tolerate voltage swings. At 40KVA, it sits well above residential and small-office capacity, sized specifically for facilities where a single voltage dip or surge can damage expensive machinery or shut down production entirely.

An SVC (servo voltage stabilizer) works by continuously correcting incoming voltage using a servo-driven variable transformer, smoothing out the fluctuations that are common on Lebanon’s grid and, just as often, on generator power during switchover. Unlike a UPS or inverter, an SVC does not store energy — it does not provide backup during a full outage. What it does is protect everything downstream from the voltage instability that happens while power is present but unstable, which is often more damaging to industrial motors and equipment over time than a clean outage.

Because Comet is manufactured by Roukoz Electronics, this unit is engineered around the reality of daily voltage fluctuation on Lebanese grids and generator lines, not adapted from a design built for more stable power elsewhere.

For a facility running three-phase industrial equipment, pairing voltage stabilization with your backup power setup — whether that’s a generator, UPS, or inverter system — protects your investment on both fronts: stable voltage while power is present, and continuity when it isn’t. Our team at any of our three branches — Dekwaneh, Sarba, or Jbeil — can help confirm sizing based on your facility’s full connected load.
